Hope Training College is delivering quality training since 2014. First few years, we worked under a partnership arrangement with another RTO. But, onwards December 2016 we are delivering the training under self-owned RTO and thus helping Students to achieve their qualifications from our passionate team.
Our mission is to deliver well-trained workforce in the related industry with the positive learning attitude. Our passion for education is visible in everything we do from the quality of our educators to the support we provide to our students. Our programs have been designed in close consultation with business and industry. When our students complete their studies with us, they will have the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure a competitive advantage when entering the workforce or moving onto further education. Whether a student joins us straight from school or after years in the workforce, we will work with them in the pursuit of their goals.
Also, we understand the importance of training staff. Our trainers are carrying long experience in the related industry with continuous industry engagements. Most of the courses listed on our scope of registration are nationally recognised and comply with the Australian Quality Training Framework, State and Federal regulatory body requirements.
The Success of Our Students is our Success. Most of our students succeed in securing the job while they are on their Student Work placements. Our students are recognised for their above average performance during their clinical student work placements, communication proficiency and are equipped to become successful support workers of the future.
In order to meet industry demands, we have identified the need to offer flexible delivery options for all students. We are aware that in today’s world many adult participants juggle the daily demands of family, work, study and social commitments
