Our Offshore Staff

We are an Australian-based company operating multiple businesses within Australia. These businesses are collaborating with Community Services, where our company provides support to individuals living with disabilities. We are also involved in the media sector where we stand as a radio station in the community, and this Business is non-profitable www.raabta.com.au
We also offer a workforce agency to individuals seeking employment while in Australia.

We are seeking backend staff to support our onboarding team with their day-to-day tasks. The staff we are seeking from the Philippines, Vietnam and India.

We are looking for candidates for these job profiles:

Company: Hope Training College of Australia (Ace Institute Pty Ltd)

  • Administrative Support for day-to-day activities, e.g, Data Entry, Managing Students’ Database, etc
  • A Student Counsellor who can deliver course-related information to students before they decide to enrol in any course we are offering.
  • Training Coordinator: can help students with their training session allocation and rescheduling if they miss one.
  • The Assessment Coordinator can help students with their writing assessments by guiding them on where and how to learn relevant content to gain sufficient knowledge, enabling them to answer the questions effectively.
  • Internship coordinator: can assist in arranging students’ internships and follow up on the required documents.
  • Financial Management Team: Can assist our students with their fee-related matters or follow up on the overdue invoices.
  • A Compliance and Legal Support Person can assist with creating and modifying documentation, reading and updating policies, and other related tasks.

Basic Requirements: We aim to hire the right person who enjoys their work and thrives in a collaborative team environment. There are basic requirements that you must comply with to start your career with us.

  • The first and most important is that you have space to work if you are selecting work from your own home. We prefer an empty room with no furniture or a bed in it, so that we can treat it as an office.
  • We take our data protection seriously. We will sign a legal contract, and at the same time, we will enforce that no other family member is allowed to enter your work area while you are at work.
  • Your computer should be in good health, which means having at least 8 GB of RAM and a processor speed of 2 GHz or higher to complete your work at a satisfactory speed.
  • Electricity backup is required. A day off due to power outages will result in a deduction from your monthly salary.
  • Maximum 12 days off, which can be used for your health matters or festivals.
